At TriMel Homes, we strive to build lasting quality homes for families in the Okanagan region. We are very much a family business. Candice and I (Dylan) have been in Kelowna for since 2003 (over 20 years) where we are raising our wonderful family, are very involved in our community and love to see the pace at which this beautiful part of BC is growing.
Dylan Mellus ‘Dad’: Like my father before me I am a home builder. So it’s in my blood. Following my Dad from build to build as a kid growing up in the Kootenays, I watched as he built beautiful homes for families year after year.
So it’s no surprise that in 2003 when Candice and I started out in Kelowna we founded DylCor Construction LTD, our foundation and framing company. Which has been going strong for 20+ years now.
Everyday I strive to use the experience I’ve gained growing up in this industry, combined with the knowledge we’ve gained completing hundreds of projects over the years to help you design and build the perfect place you’re proud to call home. We always do our best to make we exceed your expectations on what many consider to be the biggest and most involved purchase you’ll ever make.
Candice: Candice is our financial expert, works in the financial industry, and knows how important it is to stick to your budget when it comes to building your dream home.
In today’s market, building costs can fluctuate from day to day, which is why we take extra care in helping you plan your budget. So when it comes time to plan and price out your build, Candice is your go to expert for making sure all the pieces fit together, and you get what you want for your budget.
New Home Insurance & Warranty
Home warranty insurance on new homes includes a minimum of 2 years on labour and materials (some limits apply), 5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration, and 10 years on structure.
